Dianna Stallone is an attorney with over 28 years of experience as a litigator and attorney in corporate law. She has worked at three elite law firms, first in Minneapolis and later in Boston. She is the winner of the American Jurisprudence award in Intellectual Property and is the founder and managing attorney for the Senior Partner Law Group in New York City.  She trained as a mediator with internationally renowned Harvard-based trainers and her law review article on mediation is published in the Law and Inequality Journal.   

Attorney Stallone has been successfully negotiating multi-million dollar deals on behalf of businesses for decades.  She is the author of the “The Smart Entrepreneur’s Legal Guide” and leads inter-active educational seminars for business owners and entrepreneurs.
